An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Party Wall Specialist at various levels, ranging from Senior to Director, within a forward-thinking Consultancy located in the heart of London. The role promises an attractive salary, with potential earnings ranging from £60k for Senior-level candidates to £100k+ for a Director-level candidate. Collaborating with investors, developers, owners, and tenants, they are involved in a diverse range of projects, primarily in commercial and residential sectors, as well as commercial and retail.
The company's vision is to expand its party wall business from Central and Greater London to other major cities across the UK. Hence, they are seeking an industry specialist in Party Wall matters, preferably at Senior level or above, capable of leading and advancing Party Wall initiatives. Being well-known in the industry and having a track record of fostering growth by building and managing a proficient team are essential. Business development skills are pivotal to the role, and those with a passion for it will find both job satisfaction and a competitive salary + benefits package.
