At EC Property Recruitment, we approach candidates differently, both in terms of how we source them and how we manage them in process.
Traditional agency models involve taking a basic vacancy specification from a client and then searching for a candidate. Increasingly, we are seeing agents "fishing" for candidates on LinkedIn then hawking their CVs around the marketplace. These models are outdated, unreliable, and prone to issues throughout the process. How often have you encountered a recruiter to whom you provided a vacancy, but never heard from them again? Or a recruiter who sends you a suitable candidate occasionally, only to find that the candidate ends up going to a competitor or uses your offer letter to negotiate better terms with their current employer?
In contrast, we prioritise building long-term relationships with our candidates and maintain regular contact with them. We strive to maintain a talent pool of available candidates ready to be submitted to our clients as soon as a requirement arises. Most importantly, we can deliver candidates in significant numbers who are committed to starting work on Monday morning in a months’ time.
Achieving this is no simple task, and it requires significant behind-the-scenes effort. We utilise the latest AI recruitment technology linked to a cutting-edge ATS (Applicant Tracking System) integrated within our CRM software.
Additionally, we invest tens of thousands of pounds each year in various job boards, LinkedIn, and marketing efforts to ensure a strong pipeline of new talent. This enables us to handle multiple vacancies for each client simultaneously and provide a steady stream of committed candidates to our clients.
In summary, our approach allows us to effectively handle multiple vacancies for you, while consistently providing a dedicated talent pool of candidates. We have transitioned from a single candidate-led model and shifted our focus towards building strong client relationships and delivering candidates at a significant scale for our clients.
