- Description
An exciting new opportunity has emerged for a Graduate Building Surveyor within a well-established Consultancy located in the West End. The company is actively seeking a motivated individual to join their team and will provide full support throughout the APC process, enabling the candidate to achieve MRICS status.
The Consultancy boasts a strong reputation as a multidisciplinary firm, primarily handling projects in the residential, mixed-use, commercial, leisure, and education sectors. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will be exposed to a diverse range of Building Surveying duties, including Contract Administration, Condition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence, and Dilapidations. This varied workload will facilitate your completion of the APC and eventual chartered surveyor qualification.
The ideal candidate should already be on their Building Surveying journey, having ideally acquired some relevant experience. However, fresh graduates with a strong passion for Building Surveying will also be considered.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess an RICS accredited degree. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, well-versed in Building Surveying practices, possess exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Furthermore, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a more supportive environment for their APC journey and an opportunity to grow within a stable and expert-led company. Outstanding fresh graduates with prior industry exposure or placements will also be given due consideration.
In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £35k DOE, along with a comprehensive package that includes career development options, excellent APC support, pension benefits, life insurance, 23 days of annual leave, public holidays, and more.
