An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Employers Agent to join a respected multidisciplinary consultancy based in South East London. This is a Director level position offering significant responsibility and a chance to make a lasting impact within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Employers Agent function, overseeing a wide range of projects across various sectors.
- Provide expert advice to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual matters with a keen focus on mitigating risks.
- Take a hands-on approach in managing a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering career development.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the team and wider business, identifying opportunities for new projects and expanding client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- MRICS (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
- Significant experience working as an Employers Agent, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- A deep understanding of the construction process and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
