The Role
Reporting directly to the Project Management Partner, you will manage high-profile CAT A and CAT B fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring excellence in delivery for a range of prestigious clients. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to step into an Associate-level position, with clear pathways to further promotion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Contributing to client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• MRICS or MAPM qualification.
• 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in a consultancy environment.
• Proven expertise in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• A client-focused, results-driven approach with excellent project delivery skills.
