Key Responsibilies
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering building surveying projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, and condition reports.
- Managing refurbishment and maintenance projects, including contract administration.
- Preparing schedules of dilapidations and party wall awards.
- Providing expert advice to clients on property-related matters.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the development of the team.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- MRICS qualification ideally with post-qualification experience.
- Proven expertise in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
