A Global Commercial Real Estate Consultancy, with offices across the UK is looking to add a Senior Cost Consultant to their London Project Management and Consultancy team. The Cost consultancy team has grown consistently over the years due to the increasing work pipeline and now rivals the Project Management team in terms of size and ambition.
You would be coming on board to predominately work on a high profile portfolio of CAT A and CAT B refurb and fit-out projects for a full range of investor, fund and occupier clients across London and the UK.
As well as a full range of Quantity surveying skills you will be expected to be client facing and to work closely with senior client representatives.
Requirements:
- RICS Accredited Quantity Surveying degree
- MRICS
- Commercial Fit out experience highly beneficial
Salary:
- £50,000 to £65,000 DOE
