APC Quantity Surveyor (or newly qualified)

A small but well-established consultancy made up of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers are looking to invite another talented QS on board. They are interested in speaking to people who are already enrolled on their APC or are newly qualified and will pay well to secure them.

The firm have been going for 50yrs and have made a name for themselves by promoting from within. Currently there are six directors, five of which started at graduate or APC level and worked their way up. They have been able to keep their staff by offering them not only great projects but a flexible and enjoyable work atmosphere.

With a RICS accredited APC programme which has led to a 100% pass rate for the last 3yrs and an internal CPD programme your career ambitions will be invested in heavily here. Outside of work the team get involved in many charity and sports events including the yearly ski trip.

Working closely with one of the equity partners, that is involved day to day, and always able to give you a helping hand, you will work with major clients from owners to developers, house builders and banks. This position will involve a lot of client facing work. Projects will be on a range of sectors, including; new build residential, offices, hotels and healthcare. 

The position is ideally located in the West End with easy access to the Central, Jubilee, Bakerloo and Victoria lines.

Requirements

Currently on APC or be newly qualified MRICS Quantity Surveyor

Comfortable in client facing position

Able to work closely with a Director
